Dr. Jeremy Estrema has had the privilege of being in the ministry for over 20 years. God has allowed him to serve in various capacities including associate pastor (in Iowa), missionary (in Peru & Argentina), and professor (in both Spanish- and English-speaking settings). He received his B.A. from the University of West Alabama and his M.Div. from Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary. He earned his Doctor of Ministry from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary.
Jeremy has a heart for preaching and for people. He enjoys: expository preaching, reading, fishing, golfing, coaching baseball and tennis, watching New York sport teams, and spending time with God’s flock and his family. God has blessed Pastor Jeremy with a wonderful wife and four amazing children.
A full-time homeschool mom, Katie also serves as the church secretary. She does an amazing job working behind the scenes making everyone else's job easier. They are so thankful that God has brought them here to WCBC to minister in 2015. Their prayer is that God will use WCBC to make a great impact in the community.

Rick & Karen Clements moved to the Fountain Valley area in 2006 and began attending Widefield Community Bible Church. I was a Volunteer Chaplain with Transport for Christ, leading drivers and other travelers to Jesus Christ and leading them to grow in their faith. God called me away from that ministry. I have been growing in my relationship with Jesus Christ. God lead me to become an elder at WCBC to serve our congregation. We have three daughters; we have 9 grandchildren and one great grandson. We both like traveling, golfing and being with family. Rick likes to teach, fish, cook, and garden, and Karen enjoys sewing and doing crafts.
Chalmer was born in St. Louis, Missouri a long time ago and born again about 71 years ago as he was preparing to enter college. This event was used by God to direct his life and career and his commitment to serve Christ for life. After college, Chalmer worked for the government and a few years in the Army. He met his wife during my military service and after discharge moved to Colorado Springs where their relationship with the Bible Church ministry began. In 1980, they connected with WCBC. During his time here, he served in just about every part of the ministry including his present time as an elder. His marriage resulted in five children, two girls and three boys, and they in turn gave him twelve grand children.
Rob Gibson has worked with youth in various capacities (Youth Group, Camp Ministry, Sunday School, Football Coach) over the last twenty years. Rob, along with his wife Barbara, was asked to take over the Youth Program here in January 2020. He enjoys being around and working with the youth, football, reading, writing, golfing, finger painting (No, Really!) and watching New York Giants and Boise State football games. Rob has been richly blessed with an amazing wife and two wonderful kids. He is excited to be leading the youth here at WCBC. His prayer is that the youth of our church would grow and be strengthened in their walk with the LORD and that they would have an amazing impact on their world.
